Our Service Delivery teams are phenomenal at helping our customers to solve problems they did not even know they had. Their goal is to provide our customers with secure and stable IT operations while simultaneously working proactively to further develop the platforms. The Service Delivery teams delivers daily 2^nd / 3^rd line support and take care of service requirements, changes, incidents, and problem solving as well as installations, configurations, monitoring and overall maintenance. In the position as Technical Engineer you play a crucial role in enabling us to deliver services to our customers that exceeds their expectations. The role and areas of responsibility:

As a Technical Engineer in Service Delivery you will:

• Work with development and maintenance of your client’s technical platforms
• Act as technical advisor for new solutions and changes
• Handle the monitoring, maintenance, optimization and troubleshooting of applications and OS
• Handle advanced incidents, finding its root cause and provide detailed input to the customer
• Handle deploys and set up new technical platforms

Together with your customers, your innovative ability, and proactivity, you will work to find new solutions and opportunities that keep us on the cutting edge of technology!

For this position you should have:

• At least 5 years' relevant working experience, preferably from hosting large/complex systems
• Experience working with incidents, change management and independent problem solving
• Very good knowledge of Linux OS (RHEL/RHEL8, Apache)
• Good experience of scripting and automation
• Experience in container technology (Kubernetes (Argo/Rancher), Openshift)
• Experience in database management (MongoDB, PostgreSQL and mySQL)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
